Accelerator Programs

Boston Landing has three types of accelerator programs. These practical and customized programs address the specific needs of the entrepreneur and/or senior manager. Our work includes strategy, market and business development with a focus on value propositions, differentiating factors and competitive advantages. Structured services include coaching on written and oral documents, elevator pitches, management summaries, and PowerPoint presentations to address U.S. business practices.

1. Personalized strategy, market and business development in home country. These accelerator programs are designed for entrepreneurs and senior management in SME's and also their boards of directors. Boston Landing works with these individuals in their country of origin through SKYPE and other electronic methods and in-person, working one-on-one to understand their business and create and implement a go-to- market strategy. We have extensive experience in accelerating the development and growth of entrepreneurs and their businesses, having worked with hundreds of innovators helping them define their business models, their target markets and their go-to-market strategies. We offer practical advice in strategy, business and market development that intersects business and technology to address the demands of a digital world. We offer objective input and tactical plans to support the growth of our clients' businesses including road maps, timelines, and support in implementation, matching products and services with new market opportunities including U.S. business practices. Goals and metrics are always applied. Our clients wait to hire full-time management because the experts at Boston Landing can function in business and market development roles to support them through this time with personalized practical guidance and implementation.

2. Personalized mentoring, coaching and training seminars/boot camps and immersion in American business practices in Boston. These accelerator programs are designed for academic entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and senior managers in SME's seeking to enter the Massachusetts technology supercluster and the U.S. market to seek partners, raise capital and sell their products and services. The program, which is called BostonLanding.US, combines office space at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) with the coaching, mentoring, consulting and sector expertise of Boston Landing. We work with entrepreneurs, SME's, and groups of SME's who want to learn from the experts in Boston to develop and execute market entry plans for their products and services. The programs are customized to meet the needs of the entrepreneurs and organizations.

3. Customized training seminars and boot camps in other regions of the world. These accelerator programs are customized for academic entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and senior managements in SME's who would like to understand more about how to commercialize their innovation. A team from Boston Landing works with organizations in their own countries offering mentoring, boot camps and seminars on commercializing innovation, U.S. market entry strategies and U.S. business practices. These programs are customized, interactive workshops on topics of interest to the community. They are often sponsored by government agencies, economic development agencies and/or universities.
